By accessing our website, submitting a service request, or authorizing work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, property owners, tenants, and insurance representatives.

Rapid Restoration & Construction, LLC provides emergency restoration, remediation, and reconstruction services, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, sewage cleanup, and related repairs. We are licensed, bonded, insured, and hold relevant industry certifications. All services are performed according to the work authorization signed by the customer.

We advertise 24/7 emergency availability. While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, response times are estimates and depend on current call volume, weather, traffic, location, and emergency conditions. We do not guarantee a specific arrival time.

Initial estimates may be provided based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing depends on the actual scope of work, materials, labor, and conditions discovered during the project. We will obtain your authorization before performing work beyond the originally agreed scope.

We work directly with many insurance carriers and can bill your insurance company when approved. However, the property owner remains ultimately responsible for payment. Insurance coverage, deductibles, and claim approvals are determined by your insurance policy and carrier. We are not responsible for claim denials or disputes between you and your insurer.

Payment terms are outlined in the signed work authorization. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of services or according to the schedule stated in your contract. We accept payment by check, credit card, or other methods as agreed. Past-due balances may be subject to collection efforts and applicable fees.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property so our technicians can perform work. You are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and hazardous conditions before our arrival. If we cannot access the property or perform work due to conditions beyond our control, we may reschedule or cancel the service.

Rapid Restoration & Construction, LLC will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or conditions that were not reasonably discoverable during the initial inspection.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rapid Restoration & Construction, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misrepresentation of property conditions, failure to disclose hazards, or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
